If unresolved, disputes shall be submitted to binding arbitration in Nova Scotia under the Arbitration Act (Nova Scotia). Either party may seek injunctive or equitable relief in court to prevent irreparable harm.
Modifications to Terms We reserve the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to this site, with the “Effective Date” updated accordingly. Continued use of the site constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms
Severability If any provision of these Terms is held invalid or unenforceable, the remainder shall remain in full force and effect.
